  Saw Ethan at Bond Chiropractic. My 1 hour appointment was mainly being told which exercises to do and feeling for tightness in my muscles, I was adjusted lightly in only a couple of spots and still felt the same at the end of the appointment, I left not feeling any relief and still in pain. I have seen a different chiropractor for many years in the past and was always adjusted and felt instant relief. I expected to walk out with relief but I did not whatsoever, and was extremely disappointed. I called a few days later, as I was still in pain to ask if it was normal to not really be adjusted at all and she said yes they do more Bowen therapy and low impact. I wish I was told that before I booked. If I had known that it was going to be more of a massage/advice on exercises than a chiropractic adjustment I would have not booked. Just be aware that if you are looking for a chiropractor, Bond Chiropractic do more Bowen Therapy.
